It was flawless

Service department did what they needed to do, to get warranty company approval. Work was done in reasonable amount of time after approval.

They took my truck I I at the appointment time, the waiting room was clean, the service was performed in a timely manner and the truck was returned with no surprises.

Only reason I gave 3 stars was because of your parts lady/ service lady. She was very nice friendly and apologized for the hassle I went through to try and get an appointment here. I called on a friday around 10am no answer left a message. Figured probably monday maybe tuesday id get a call back nothing called Wednesday around same time to again no answer so waited until Friday thinking maybe they'd reach out still nothing and Friday I finally got a answer and got an appointment made for saturday. 2 things got messed up when I got there saturday my bill was messed up which the lady apologized for which was fine I knew about how much I paid last time and the sticker the tech put on my car says I need an oil change in 487 miles from when I brought it in. The no call back and having a hard time even getting them to answer the phone is why the rating is not higher the 3 stars are for the parts lady who made the day welcoming and friendly and apologized for the no call back and messing the bill up which I dont fault her on.
